Cross Country Meet

Coaches:

PLEASE ENTER ALL RUNNERS ON BOTH THE ONLINE FORM AND ON THE FAX FORM:

1.	CLICK HERE to fill out the ONLINE FORM - list all runners, both Varsity and JV.

	AND

2.	CLICK HERE to fill out/print, and sign the FAX FORM* - list all runners, both Varsity and JV (duplicate the FAX FORM as needed). FAX to Tracey Borchardt at 432-362-4532.

The FAX FORM* is the official UIL form requiring a signature from your Superintendent or Principal.

Deadline for entries is Friday, October 21, 2011.

4:30 p.m.	Varsity Girls	2 Miles
5:00 p.m.	Varsity Boys	3 Miles
5:30 p.m.	JV Girls	2 Miles
6:00 p.m.	JV Boys	3 Miles

Awards: Plaques for the first place team in each race and medals for the top 10 individuals in each race.

Cost: No fees for the district meet.

Location: UTPB Park is located in northeast Odessa at the corner of Highway 191 and Loop 338.

Varsity Race Entries: You may not enter more than one team from your school in the varsity boys and girls divisions. Each varsity race is limited to 7 runners. The top 5 will score and all 7 will displace in each varsity race. No additional entries race day.

JV Race Entries: You may not enter more than one team from your school in the JV boys and girls divisions. No limit on the number of runners on a JV team in a division, the top 5 will score and the top 7 will displace in each JV race. No additional entries race day.

Deadline for ONLINE AND FAX entries: Friday, October 21, 2011 Please, no mail-in entries this year.

The District 3-5A Cross Country Meet is organized by the girls and boys cross country teams and coaches of Odessa High School. Thanks to the City of Odessa, UTPB and OC Golf for allowing us to host the meet on their facilities.
